You can book up to three months in advance. For example, on January 1st at 10 a.m., reservations for March will be released. Each month, reservations open on the 1st at 10 a.m. sharp.

DINNER — Wednesday to Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
LUNCH — Friday at 12:00 p.m.

Closed on Sunday, Monday & Tuesday.

If you would like to privatize the restaurant, this is possible for groups of 20 to 26 people.

RESERVATION PROCEDURE

The dates shown on our website are always up to date and automatically adjusted.
When a date appears as fully booked, the restaurant is indeed fully booked. In that case, you can still register for the waiting list. As soon as we receive a cancellation, we will contact you by phone. Please note that the waiting list does not guarantee a table, as cancellations tend to happen very last minute. Cancellations or changes to the number of guests must be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise we will charge the full menu price. You will receive the invoice by email.

NOTES

Our kitchen follows the rhythm of nature and what our farmers provide. Due to the complexity of our menu, we cannot accommodate gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, vegan menus, or menus without fish, shellfish or crustaceans. A pescatarian menu can be provided if mentioned at the time of reservation. Other allergies must also be specified when booking. If dietary restrictions are only communicated on the day of your visit, a €15 fee will be charged. Please always contact us by phone to provide any extra information.

TIMING

We operate one single service and ask all guests to arrive at 7:30 p.m. so we can ensure a smooth experience for everyone. The gate opens at 7:25 p.m. If fewer guests arrive than the number confirmed in the reservation, and this is not communicated at least two hours in advance, the full menu will be charged.
